Size & fit
Our pieces follow standard U.S. women's sizing. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for structured styles and sizing down for relaxed, flowing styles. See the product description for fabric and fit notes, and open the size guide for measurements.
Shipping
Free shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Email support@shopmesk.shop to start. Return shipping is paid by the customer; exchanges for another size or colour ship back to you free within the U.S. Items marked Final Sale and gift cards can't be returned. Damaged, defective or incorrect items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover the return.
Care
Follow the care label inside each piece. For silk, lace and embellished styles we recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning, drying flat in the shade and steaming rather than ironing.
