This website and online store (the "Site") is operated by Mesk ("Mesk," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to display our products, colors, and sizing as accurately as possible. However, colors may look different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between pieces. Please review our size guides and product descriptions before ordering. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, placed by resellers, or affected by pricing or inventory errors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and Mesk regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
